General Refund Conditions

• Services are cancelled by Dharmattan Group
• Services cannot be delivered due to unforeseen business or technical reasons

Refunds may not be granted when:

• The participant fails to attend without prior notice
• Services have been partially or fully delivered

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original method of payment.
