General Refund Conditions
Refunds may be granted when:
- Services are cancelled by Dharmattan Group
- Services cannot be delivered due to unforeseen business or technical reasons
Refunds may not be granted when:
- The participant fails to attend without prior notice
- Services have been partially or fully delivered
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original method of payment.
