Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

Customers must provide cancellation notice at least 7 days prior to the start of training or service delivery.

Failure to provide timely notice may result in:

  • Forfeiture of seat or service
  • Partial or full payment being non-refundable

Dharmattan Cancellations

We may cancel or postpone a service due to:

  • Low enrolment
  • Facilitator unavailability
  • Logistical or operational constraints

In such cases, customers may choose:

  • A rescheduled date, or
  • A full refund
