Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations
Customers must provide cancellation notice at least 7 days prior to the start of training or service delivery.
Failure to provide timely notice may result in:
- Forfeiture of seat or service
- Partial or full payment being non-refundable
Dharmattan Cancellations
We may cancel or postpone a service due to:
- Low enrolment
- Facilitator unavailability
- Logistical or operational constraints
In such cases, customers may choose:
- A rescheduled date, or
- A full refund
